I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, it's conveniently located near the pink city attractions, which was a huge plus for me. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff at the front desk, especially Mr. Dharam and Ms. Anjana, were very helpful. However, I did encounter a rude staff member, Suman, which put a damper on my overall visit. The dining experience was quite good, with a decent variety for breakfast, but I felt there could be room for improvement in staff hospitality.

The hotel is conveniently located near a local market and the famous Raj Mandir Cinema, making it easy to explore Jaipur. While my room was clean, I did find it a bit on the small side and with a musty odor that lingered even with the AC on. The staff was genuinely kind and attentive, making for a pleasant experience overall. However, the valet parking service was less than ideal, causing some frustration during my stay.
